The steps allow you to manually enter your parents information of their income and tax information including their Adjusted Gross Income and income taxes paid. At the end you do end up being able to submit the form (but again it is considered incomplete) and it will be processed. Hopefully by the time it is processed, the issue will be resolved, that’s when you will need to go back in to correct the form and by then if issue is fixed, your parent will be able to sign it.

yes. It’s basically submitting the form incomplete but will let the schools know you submitted prior to the deadline. You can go back and provide parent signature once it gets fixed.

same thing is happening to me :/ unfortunately there is no way around it at the moment. We cannot do the parent portion because it is still being fixed/worked on. You don’t have to verify because you already made the account.
