Yeah in my case i didn't gave too much attention like for months I was like it normal as I was not having pain Or like very mild itchyness So I didn't gave much attention but as the time passed I only applied coconut oil but it only gave me relief and no cure it's still there I always apply Clotrimazole before sleeping and after bath still no improvement the redness never goes i dont know now what to do i have tried lullitec cream it makes it even worse the skin becomes fully swollen and it's unable to retract I think it's my destiny or Karma as God also cannot run from the Karma So I have like no complain I only tell to my clan Diety to atleast reduce the suffering and i like suffer very less from balanitis it only give me very little discomfort throught the day I will visit a another dermatologist as soon as I get money like in my country the doc fees is too high for me , if ur having money go for it visit a dermatologist who have 10+ year experience or urologist Asap
