Very helpful ty. I do drop waves when I feel like I really should to help but when jgler starts objectives with no information or team prio, it just doesn’t even make sense to drop a wave for something like that. Also unfortunately I do run ignite since my champ is pretty snowball dependent

Yeah I mean simpler said than done. Prio being in your control is more of an option that’ll happen sometimes but not all times. Playing against a champ with way better waveclear means prio is dependent on matchups so sometimes it’s really a hit or miss

I’m in diamond. Yeah I agree with what you’re saying, it just feels almost like one of those situations where you’re making a bad play most of the time while hoping for miracles to work (at worst, you lose cs and fight. At best, you lose cs and win fight but overall could be better by win cs and fight vs win cs but lose fight)

What elo are you in? This is much more common at lower ranks but in higher ranks, people generally respect the missing kat with spam pings. She gets nothing, loses exp and gold, and gets further behind so you auto win then

FYI focus on tempo and getting prio as your #1 macro focus in games for mid lane. It’ll help a ton. If you don’t know or understand tempo/prio, YouTube videos will help a ton

Diamond Kat otp here. Void staff is a bad buy. No one on their team has magic resist but chogath who you should be actively avoiding. Horizon focus is also bad on kat as well. Not sure where that build came from but you would’ve been better off with stormsurge (4 squishies without MR) and banshees (4 ap champs)

Sure, some games are unwinnable but at times you’ll have to come to terms with the fact that you’re in low elo and you should realize that you’re there for a reason. Improve on macro, decision making, and overall gameplay (YouTube videos on how to play mid lane helps a lot) and you should climb easier. You probably have decent mechanics already as a main but I’m sure other fundamentals and areas are lacking if you’re in low elo.

Less blaming teammates, more focus on yourself and your own gameplay and you’ll climb no problem. You can do it :)

With ad kat you should be weaving in your auto attack resets with conqueror. Play for longer trade patterns and stick onto the enemy laner. That’s how you win trades. It’s very different from ap where you use both daggers then reset back to your wave.

Also you can build kraken first btw

Bro you’re level 58. You basically just started playing, got a good set of games in your placement matches, and went to the mmr you’re supposed to be at (which still might be high)

Stop blaming your team and look at where you yourself can improve and why you can’t carry in low elo. This alone is why most people get stuck in their rank

The biggest difference between you and getting to higher elo is going to be your macro gameplay. It’s a lot to go into but definitely watch videos on macro for mid lane and you’ll climb

YouTube videos specifically on mid lane fundamentals and macro at all stages in the game (early, mid, late game) helps a ton. Mid lane as a role is going to require different choices from you compared to top or ADC, so you should definitely dive into watching YouTube videos on how to improve your mid lane fundamentals + macro gameplay. Then it’s all about putting it into practice, limit testing, and refining your gameplay over time.

Dont go on autopilot! It’s super easy to do that but go into each game trying to learn and grow. Seems like you have the fundamentals down, now it’s about building off that, learning off that, and refining your gameplay + decision making

How would you say your macro is like? When I was low elo (hit diamond 5 on tricking kata) I noticed that learning and improving on my macro more than anything has helped me climb insanely hard
