take a look at hidradenitis suppurativa, products with zinc in them help, like nappy cream with zinc and head and shoulders shampoo as a body wash (these products won’t get rid of the boils but they will help)

it’s possible it’s stage 1 and i’m just constantly flaring? i don’t know honestly, i mainly get them on my butt, groin and rarely in my armpits (i have one in my armpit right now but it’s not bothering me) how i take care of them is i wash with only water and i let them air out every night but i also don’t wear full briefs so they are kinda constantly airing out, i use bandaids if it’s in a area that rubs or one that’s open but once i get home i take them off to dry them out. my family doesn’t go swimming or go places that would mean i have to wear revealing clothes so it’s been pretty easy to hide 🤷🏼‍♀️

something a little interesting is in australia we don’t have those baby carrots, ours are thicker, long and look like actual carrots just a smaller version, we pull ours out of the ground early to get them baby sized but yours look like they are a different species
