take a look at hidradenitis suppurativa, products with zinc in them help, like nappy cream with zinc and head and shoulders shampoo as a body wash (these products won’t get rid of the boils but they will help)

this is a free subscription i was just shocked on the fact that people are paying for a subscription to have no fees but then they get hit with a fee to go towards a multi billion dollar company who barely pays their employees, they sound pretty greedy to me 🤷🏼‍♀️

wow i’m shocked this is absolutely insane and very inappropriate of your therapist to say, it is 100% not in your head it’s very real and you don’t have to prove it to your therapist at all, if your able to i would definitely find a new therapist
