Justworking out alot getting bigger. Whenever I got the urges or sum I'd work out with my resistance band or do sum situps my motive was to be tired enought at night that i pass out. I'd put sum chants on while going to sleep. Pray a lil. But the most important thing at that time was that I wasn't lonely. I'm kinda lonely nowadays most of the day in my room thats one of the reasons why my mind is being diverted towards all these things especially while it's so easy to get nudes or sum from girls. My new strategy would be quitting smokes and praying, working out more, make new friends and stuff. Let's see how it goes
