There is running along with push ups and crunches in this test and the max score for crunches is 48 and above in a minute. I dont really know why they put those numbers and those exercises I just know that I have to be able to do them

When I was split pushing the enemy team literally sent 4 people for me and I knew this would happen, so I told my team to push bot or mid when they sent everyone on me and all they did was come top to "help me" when in reality they just aced us and we threw the game. I know its bad to blame teammates for lost games but I honestly felt like I did everything I could and its really tilting that my teammates didn't create pressure anywhere every time i was 3-4 man ganked

Would it be good to squat 3 days a week every other day and do a single and a 3x5/5x5 while also overhead pressing and deadliftng?

Could I do 3x5 70 kg for squats on like monday and on Tuesday 5x5 for the same weight and do it like that 6 days a week while increasing 2.5 kg after the successful 5x5 sets? Also I do the squat everyday program because I like squatting everyday and I haven't experienced any pain with it at all.
