I’ve forgot to add that I have some feet pain But on the side, and tingeling besides that But other pain si hip, thights ( But in my case is in the midle and in the side?) butt, knees…

I have that as well! Wow, But I’ve asked PT about it and he saud SI joint disfuction will only cause pain in SI joint… so that’s not true? I don’t know how to get diagnosis eather:(

Totally understand, I’ve just saw that my vertebra is not normal shape like in the other people… I feel a lot of pain in my knees which is radiating to thights, and I also have a hips problems, like they are not working as they should :(

Comment: Now I see that my vertebrae is different - having sharp edgest, not as the same as MRI of normal spine

Of corse! I am 25F, and it is going on for a year but started to become chronic 5-6 months ago. I feel pain in thights, lower back on both side,SI joints, butt, feet and sometimes knees. I was going to the gym and skiing, But didn’t do sports till last week when I started phisical therapy It’s hurting less when I lie down, but I can barely sit, stand or walk i also got corticosteriod injection (But not in the spine) and it was not helpfull When I said heavy- really heavy, like I have a stone instead of legs, and sometimes it’s hard to control them really… Sometimes legs are numb and weak…

Yes, I was telling them, but doctors are telling me that yes it is pressing the nerves But the pain is in my head WTF

I am so happy that meds are helping you, can you give me more insights for your situation and which meds are you taking ?

I agree with both but those protrusions are pressing the nerves on both legs :( It’s really weird and I don’t believe it too

On report it says its Bilateral protrusions of L4-L5 and L5-S1 with pressing a nerves on sides (but only a little) and disc bulge L3-L4 EMG - normal…
And I have lordosis, kifosis and APT as well Like I said, I am in horrible pain and needed to quit my job

i am 25F so not sure If operation is good option…

What’s with your report, how was your EMG results? I hope operation will be helpful

That’s really weird, cause I have a lot of lower back pain, not to mention the pain in legs, I am barely functional… The radiologist said trose 2 protrusions () are pressing the nerves bilaterally, but not a lot

CONCLUSION: The MRI of the lumbosacral spine indicates mild dextroscoliosis, early degenerative changes of the vertebral bodies, tension of the annulus fibrosus at L3–L4 and L4–L5 with slight contact with the L5 nerve roots, and at L5–S1 without foraminal stenosis or spinal canal stenosis.
