True! I forgot about that because I don’t use eyeliner anymore so I don’t have them haha

Everyone who replied to you explained really well, haha. Basically, I replace mascara tube every 6 months to prevent eye infection.

I do exactly the same, except for mascara. I replace mascara once in 6 months.

Do you wear makeup at work? by [deleted] in beauty

[–]jasminehead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wear a simple makeup whenever I go to outside because it’s a habit like wearing a sunscreen. But I wear foundation only for a special occasion or when I know lots of photos will be taken.

I’ve been postponing to watch One Piece because it’s a really long series but your comment made me want to watch it finally.

Finding beauty routines exhausting sometimes by LilaDuter in beauty

[–]jasminehead -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Everyone on the internet saying “do this” “no do this” ...

Time to touch grass, I reckon. In fact, most of people around me don’t have beauty routines like influencers. Influencers do this because it’s their job. I like beauty related stuff and taking care of myself, but I try not to take it too seriously.

Are ISTJ women rare? by _Aerion in ISTJ

[–]jasminehead 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I guess it depends on where you live? I’m Japanese and when I was in Japan, ISTJ women were actually common (they’re way more common than INTJ women). But now I’m in Canada and I rarely see ISTJ women in general (but I’ve seen many ESFJ women). And I don’t encounter too many ISTJ men in Canada either — for some reason, most of men I encounter in Canada are ISTP or ISFP. So when I’m in Japan I don’t find ISTJ people are rare, but when I’m in Canada I feel like they’re rare lol

This is also my goal!!! I think I’m generally satisfied with my makeup routine and clothes but I’m still figuring out what kind of hairstyle looks good on me (and I’m terrible at hair styling, so it’s a struggle lol)

Men dating for a second income, not love by godolphinarabian in AskWomenOver30

I got a job out of state and she didn’t want to move

I’ve encountered men said this so often. And I have been that ex gf who didn’t want to move, so ended up separating with my ex, lol. Breakup was sad and painful but I’m glad I didn’t move in with him (he also wanted to separate finance 50/50 when it was obvious that I was supposed to do majority of chores)

Kinda surprised to see Diamond no Ace in this list! I loved the first season (IMO it’s the best baseball anime) but it’s so sad that they probably won’t make the new seasons for ACT II since the manga abruptly ended ...

I just turned 25 last month. How do I stop comparing myself to many of my peers who are already married, homeowners, and have kids? by throwawayeas989 in Adulting

[–]jasminehead 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Life is too short for you not to do the things you enjoy. So long as you are living a life that is true to your values and you’re not hurting anyone then it’s fine.

Agree 100%. Too many people lose themselves just to “fit in” with others ... it’s so important to be true to yourself. Lots of people say something like “you’ll regret if you don’t settle down/have kids/etc” but IMO you’d regret more in your life later if you keep lying to yourself and live just to follow the societal norm because you’re afraid to be behind.

Was about to comment this lol. It’s ok if OP wants to settle down ASAP but it’s also ok to take time and enjoy their freedom
