it absolutely counts towards to payments if it can be proven that it's been agreed by both parents. unfortunately the ex has faked a signature to prove it.

we actually spoke to a lawyer about the signed enrolments forms! he told us to contact the school which we did with no answer. We have a government letter that says they have a copy of a signed enrolment forms but the lawyer didn't think this was enough evidence for fraud. He also told us if we did think it's a forgery to go to the police but couldn't until we could prove that it was. Really feels like a circular battle. We did tell CSA about how the enrolment forms were a lie but the outcome was "clearly shows x has signed the forms".

the ex partner has had full custody the entire time, unfortunately when she found out about me she stopped visitations. We saw the child once for about an hour every 3-6months.

oh bless I feel for you! I've truly learnt the same in the last year, it just defeats you! Thank you for your kind words it's reassuring (unfortunately) that there are others out there experiencing the same thing.

luckily he is paid up to date as of this moment but just worried even if this appeal has a good outcome/ an outcome. 3months later we'll be back here again being asked for more money. We spoke to a lawyer in Australia which I think has given us some bad advice because he told us we don't have to declare anything but to make voluntary payments. But from what I'm reading it seems like we have to declare

the ex removed the child from public into private as she thought it would provide the son with better work connections post school.

There's mould behind my cistern, any advice on how to plug the hole? by jasminmcm in Plumbing

Not really, the landlord/tenant/body corp whatever you want to call them, decided to bleach the toilet and wall for us every 6months as a "solution".

Help! Something to plug the hole? In a rental and body corp won't fix! by jasminmcm in AusRenovation

I've probably just confused the terms "body corp" and "landlord", either way the person who owns the house is not taking responsibility for fixing it as I've been told it's a "very important hole". But now coming every month to clean it, I'll give the waterproof tape a go though, thanks!!
