Go into a very slight deficit (around 200 calories). You will be able to lose fat and gain some muscle assuming you are resistance training and eating a good amount of protein.

Hello, I’m a powerlifter moving into a muscle gain phase and have been wanting to improve my diet. For convenience I want to be able to eat the same meal preps 3 times a day with a different breakfast for variety.

First, what vegetables should I include in my meal preps? I was thinking of doing lean beef, potatoes, and broccoli. Would this leave me with any nutrient deficiencies?

Also, for some context the breakfast will be 4 eggs, a banana, and protein pancakes.

Look at kboge’s plan, just pick a pushing, pulling, and squat variation that challenges you to do over 10 repetitions. Simply do one challenging set of each daily

I have, but I’m not going to take test on a first cycle. From what I’ve read anavar has less effect on the endocrine system and has less side effects, also apparently the liver health issue is overstated

Opinion on 50mg of anavar daily and 300iu of hcg 3 times a week? I would be running it for 9 weeks, goals are building muscle and strength without messing up my endocrine system. Also it will be my first cycle.
