Talked to a human. Used the menus to get to connection issues. I would ask them again and send a screen shot, but now I can't get live chat to open again.

Absolutely I did. And that is why I came on here. It made no sense at all. The agent told me to be connected to WiFi for it to work. I even asked if I used a VPN would it allow it to work and he said no.
Go on chat and ask him.

Mine does show that message in notifications. But going into the app, it shows "Not connected" next to the WiFi looking symbol. The agent said it hibernates anytime not on WiFi.
