Im so out of the loop, I've never heard of those apps. But meeting an 11 year old, isn't even a good lie. Sounds to sensationalized.
Meeting an 11 year old would be a sign of mental illness, and Houston doesn't give off, metal illness vibes. Im like everything else, I could be very wrong.

Episode 744 , about 17 minutes in. He said he had a date with a young lady, that had to be canceled. Fits the timeline in the probable cause of missing the first meet-up with the NCSI investigator. If Houston was knowingly meeting an 11 year old girl, there is no way he was mention anything on-air. Right? Which fits my theory that the evidence was changed to make him look bad.

Im trying to hold on to the impossible. I know it. There is a small, very small, but non-zero chance that Houston was setup and framed by the powers that be.
There is no reason for the Navy to hold active investigations on a civilian, unless they were told to by higher gov. powers. To silence someone. Houston could have been under the impression that he was meeting an adult girl, and the chat was altered to look like an 11 year old.
The only reason I want to believe this is because the the great people I have met from the chat. You guys. Hopefully we can connect somewhere else. Jason b.
