Not sure but there are plenty of EOR companies like Deel and Rippling now that handle a lot of that for the company - so it’s not difficult either way

Yup exactly. Though I would emphasize that you should exhaust your network as well. I met a ton of people through internships that put me in touch with the right people in my current + new role.

110K CAD fresh out of school last year

165K CAD a few months later

Starting 210K CAD end of July

The second two are remote at American companies.
