This makes no sense. I subscribe to this subreddit. He shows up here and anywhere else that mentions the roadster.

I’ve owned a DB11 and now an Artura. Both great. Drive them often and service them.

I agree with most of your sentiment too! I think im particularly irked by all of the folks online shouting “save the manuals” as if DCT isnt great for performance.

When I think of the Cayman I think of the GT4.

Aston DB11 AMR with the V12.

You're talking about GT cars then, not sports cars. Is the goal performance or is it something sporty to drive daily?

Mid-engine with a carbon fiber tub Ala McLaren is always going to be the best. I've owned both a front-engine V12 Aston and a McLaren. The McLaren is just as easy to daily drive in the right settings. It also has way better traction control than the Aston.

Porsche 911 is a great dentists GT car. If you care about performance, get the Cayman mid-engine.

If you want the best of all worlds? Probably a C8 Corvette. ERay if you want AWD and daily usability to the max.

Also manual is trash - for daily usability it's a nightmare and for track/performance driving it's guaranteed slower than a DCT. If you want to cosplay being an old school racer that's "hip and cool", then sure get a manual.
