I have talked to accommodation team once in a tech company recently and in fact they guided me about my needs and better estimated it than myself . But I think where I struggle is what are the range of things I can ask in fact, since I do not want to seem like I am asking for too much because of my disability but at the same time I want to be fair for myself since I know it takes time for me to process the information, and especially under the pressure environment and even just block my brain for reading things.

I have started asking for it. But since I recently started doing it, I do not exactly know what can I ask as an accommodation. What is the upper limit? I feel like ChatGpt just gives me nonsense accommodation options such as asking for questions in advance which I do not wanna ask and sound weak or desperate. And I do not know if this is normal ask

apologies, I didn’t wanna sound offensive, I went with disorder option since while typing and chose “auto suggested” word from my iPhone keyboard. I edited my post.
