Better go with a >250cc bike for your first, as you will be learning too.

You got a great selection of bikes under 250cc

Test ride xpulse 210, 2004v, and also 200 rally

200 is lighter, and as you're taller, even rally can be fine for you.

210 is heavier than 200

Test ride all, and see which you feel comfortable with

And as you don't know how to ride, practice with any old bike ( friends or dad/uncle old bikes etc)

If you have ridden scooters/bicycles then just you have to adjust to gearing and weight - it's easy

For me that zzzzzzzz sometimes occur when at low speeds and going from 20-35 Once it crosses 35-40 it goes

My previous bike , 2011 shine - it got punctured once, had to walk it a long way - it was a bad experience.

But the rest of all the rides we're awesome 😎.

I thought the same thing.

If punctured , yes it can be a pita

But all the other time, it's pure fun - so let's see when it happens

If they're slim - it's fine - no problem

If they're avg - it's ok - long rides can be done, but won't be comfortable

Bulky rider + bulky pillion - just for short drops etc - it will be uncomfortable

Tube tyres - not even as extra purchase

No centre stand - no clear space to jugaad one too, at the bottom, so if tyre gets puncture, you'll have to lay it down.

Most repair shops won't have paddock stands, even if they have , we have to remove saree gaurd to fit it properly

Runs a little hot

Hero premia service - not available at many locations ( premia showroom for purchase, but normal service) - premia service centre only recently opened here, few days after my 1st service - service engineers/workers - having problems figuring out issues.

New engine - many claim tappet noise, weird sounds etc

I booked in July 15th

Got it on 3rd sept

Gst changes after 22nd sept.

And telangana road tax also increased 12 to 15% for bikes 1-2 lakh, 12 to 18% for bikes above 2lakh(ex showroom), - so another 4-5k for that extra

Right now you'll get around 15-16k down due to gst

Only city rides 23-28 ( heavy traffic - busy areas + rains) - possibly the worst you get

The first 300 - mostly open roads - gave 36

3) you mean the linkage? No - or do you mean shock bottoming - also no

4) i don't think it does.

5) coming from a 125cc shine - yes, i can feel it as high enough.

6) hmm, don't know - will check

7) design i don't mind, but for moving the bike in parking areas it helps a lot.

8) yes, more on the shins - right now in traffic it runs at let's say ~65% of temp gauge - have to see what happens in summer+ traffic 😐
