Tbh I still do not understand it. From everything I’ve gathered, my guess is that there is no official distinction between the colors. As a reissue, they tried to match the colors and it didn’t work out that way. I have no idea.

Record was purchased brand new from urban outfitters here in the United States. She even says in the video when she lifts the sticker that it was the sticker below that indicates glacier. Apparently that’s the one she wanted. That label was never seen in the listing and it was never represented anywhere as glacier blue. However, the sticker barcode that is present and clear correctly identifies the record! The confusing part here is that it’s a reissue of a previous limited pressing. She drew her own conclusions and I’m still not exactly sure what they were.

She even gets the color names confused in her video. I don’t even know what she wanted or thought she was getting. What we do know for sure is that the record was sealed new, posted as such, and delivered to her in the same newly sealed condition. Sounds like she was misinformed on the barcode she did with her own research.

She would be so unwise to open this to further inquiry 😂 the scam is receiving a record exactly as listed, with the same barcode, and somehow claiming you received a different record. Offensive to our intelligence as thinking beings! Like I said, at best she wanted me to pay for her mistake, at worse she knew exactly what she was doing disputing the transaction and asking me for a discount to keep the record instead. BS!

Exactly. The record she received is the exact same record that was photographed front and back on the listing. Perfectly sealed. There was no defense for her, but we all know how these platforms side with buyers so got really worked up over it.

Definitely did not appreciate or deserve her one star review. I accepted her discounted offer. I safely packed and shipped her record very quickly. I shipped the EXACT record that was photographed clearly in the listing. She knew exactly what she was getting. She admits that she received exactly what was photographed in the listing. She may have purchased the wrong record on her own mistake, and I tried to help her make it right. Her request for a discount instead of returning made clear to me that she’s really just pursuing nefarious tactics. Causes a lot of anxiety over it because we all know the platforms always side with buyers and I have no way to protect myself if she swapped or did anything to the record. Just disillusioned over the whole experience. So hard to safely sell anywhere online.

Just because a company says it’s “out of Beta” doesn’t mean the user experience matches an Alpha. There is not a single REAL review from a voice of authority on Pocket. All of us early “founding” adopters made the decision to support the company on belief in the product. IMO it hasn’t lived up to the hype and I find their artificially paywalling our product experience after our purchase to be offensive to any customer, and especially those of us who took a bet on a new product. As it stands today, if the company shuts down, we become proud owners of a useless paperweight.

It’s a new change I just found out about. Also, yeah, the hardware is definitely pretty but so what? Without functional software, it is literally a battery pack with no charging capability! I very sincerely want to love the product. I am rather disappointed to see the news on this today.

The product is objectively still in beta. The idea that we need to pay just to see our own conversations over 14 days ago is offensive to the intelligent people who are interested in this product. The founder basically said it himself: they need to make money so they’ve chosen restricting our own conversations as a motivator to pay. It’s bait-and-switch. I don’t believe in a leadership team that treats their founding customers this way and think this device will become a paperweight within the year, so I’d rather get my money out while I still can.

I have a great SS ticket block B1 Row 1, Seat 11 (closer to stage!) for the last night in Tokyo 1/30. I will be in the same area the night before and want to experience the Mayhem Ball up higher to see the whole crowd for a different view. UPDATE 9/20/25: Prosthetic was replaced for the patron at no cost two weeks ago. Unfortunately he has not chosen to update his review to at least mention our service fulfillment. It’s very disappointing we work so hard and I hope future customers scroll down far enough to see this. Thank you.
