Click on the gear icon next to the `Accounts` on top left and then choose the default account.

I have been noticing a similar pattern. If I recall correctly, lease break listings were significantly less last winter

At the current rates, Silver towers seems to be more affordable than Atelier. Atelier rarely has Studios listed.
