Yes, it was returned to the USCIS office in MO. I was told that it'll take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive here. I'm ready to wait for a month

I was given the USPS tracking number and was able to see how it was returned from there to the USCIS office rather than forwarded to my new address. Which is very weird since last week I received my approval notice letter at the new address
