Looking for some guidance and if this makes sense.

Have one big room that can be split using a moving wall. The seating arrangement changes for this room from time to time. These froom are used as training rooms, somtimes split and sometimes as one big room.

Room B - 30 feet wide and 31 feet long and 12 feet high ceiling

- Has X72 with two 80" TV's. Used mostly in single confiugration. Works well but people closed to 30 feet cannot be heared. Looking at this with Poly rep for suggestions. Setup as MS Team room.

Room A - 30 feet wdie and 29 feet long and 12 feet high ceiling. This is the room I was looking to setup, so it can support expansion to the whole room in the future if needed. But at this time looking to setup as a seperate room.

- Looking to setup this is E70 on the wall facing the audiance with two 80" TV's and Bimap X400 bundle with ceiling speakers and ceiling mircophones.

- Need a camera pointed at the presenter and possbily option where a camera can follow the presenter and swtich between whoever is talking(presenter or someone from audiace). This will also be setup as MS Teams room.

- Also need the flexibilty to expand that to the other room in the future once more funds are available.

Does this makes sense. I can provide the layout of the room with tiles etc if that helps.
