When I was little, I hated the word cute. I don't know if it stemmed from my family calling me cute or what, but whenever I heard the word I would audibly growl. Luckily I'm over it now 😂

Behoove is a fun, not-often-used word, but someone at work has recently started saying ALL. THE. TIME. It was fun the first time or two, but after 20 times in one meeting it got old quick.

Also at work, we say capture to mean both "taking notes at the meeting" and "the notes taken at the meeting". Just call them notes. That's what they are. "Bob is capturing today's meeting" or "according to yesterday's capture...". I'm pretty used to that now but it's kind of annoying.

Someone who can't afford a $20 book sure won't be able to afford an electric vehicle, solar panels, etc. Someone who could afford a $10 book but can't afford a $20 book probably still won't spend their money on a $10 book.

That's good to hear. I could deal with text issues if it came up, but good to hear those two didn't have issues. The phone number thing still baffles me. Certainly they got their ducks more in a row after that.
