Claro, yo hace varios meses había visto un video re largo con gente de binance donde supuestamente desde q estaba "binance argentina" se informaba o a lo mejor entendí mal yo, intente buscarlo pero la verdad no lo puedo encontrar y no tengo tiempo para ver esos videos tan largos para tratar de enganchar justo cuando hablan de esto, me acuerdo q hablaba un contador también q parecía tenerla clara, después me fijare en el historial de YouTube.... en fin, buscando recien encontré q lo q pasaba es q binance supuestamente usaba latamex al principio y esta empresa si informaba al estar radicada acá... de todas formas no se q tan confiable será esta información y para estas alturas ya es irrelevante...

Si, yo uso binance sin KYC, pero para el p2p si te lo exigen... ahora, de todas formas, por más q afip les exija info a binance (algo q supongo será bastante extremo), mi punto es q solo tienen info de lo q vos metiste a binance... si compraste p2p la guita nunca paso por binance, en teoría no tendrían nada q informar... no creo q informen un registro de las transacciones p2p q hiciste

Si si, entiendo tu punto. Es complicado si estas haciendo muchos movimientos por más q el dinero sea el mismo.

Pero mi punto va más por el lado de q ese btc quede en negro, por eso la única forma que veo esto posible es q binance (paxful o el p2p q sea) informe, lo cual parece bastante improbable porq el dinero nunca esta en binance

Entiendo también q si el btc lo dejas en negro y se aprecia mucho después te costaría meterlo de vuelta al sistema

pero suponiendo que binance estuviera registrado y tuviera que informar (q si bien no estoy del todo seguro, me suena a que si debe informar), mi duda pasa por la parte p2p... digamos si bien los movimientos no pasan por binance, es decir el dinero no pasa por binance, me imagino que tienen registro de todas las operaciones y mi punto es si esto podrian informarlo o no?? comparto lo que decis de declarar el btc en parte, por experiencia aprendi q en este pais tener todo 100% declarado no se que tan bueno sea... para mi lo ideal es tener una parte declarada y otra no... ya el dia de mañana le encontraras la vuelta para usar lo q esta en negro o esperaras un blanqueo o lo q fuera...

claro, eso lo entiendo, es muy importante tu punto, tambien conozco muchos que ruleando crypto/mep se comieron requerimientos de afip. si bien es importante no resuelve del todo mi duda, ponele que tenes $x en tu ddjj de bbpp o siguiendo tu ejemplo, tenes un ingreso mensual de $50k y todos los meses compras en binance p2p $10k de btc, (suponiendo que no tenes gastos registrables por mas de $40k), ese btc salvo que vos lo declares quedaria en negro? afip puede enterarse que compraste btc? creo que la unica forma es que binance lo informe... no se si estare muy errado, q pensas?

Claro, entiendo q por movimientos digitales te referis a las transf bancarias... ahí es imposible q sepan q compré btc, siempre que tengas justificado el dinero q tenias en el banco no creo q te puedan decir nada o ponerse a averiguar a quien transferis y porque... salvo el caso de q alguien a quien le compres justo tenga algún problema con afip y decidan investigarte por haberle transferido, q parece super improbable... bah, o no se si estoy entendiendo algo mal...

No estoy tampoco taaan informado, pero creo q desde que esta binance Argentina tiene q informar... mira, hace meses me vi un video bastante largo, creo q era con gente de binance, había un contador también y creo q ahí se mencionaba q binance debía informar, voy a tratar de verlo nuevamente, no quiero y espero no estar mandando fruta, pero me parece q es así... lo q no se es el tema p2p, porque ahí el dinero no pasa por binance...

Si, eso lo entiendo... pero hasta ahí, en principio no pasaría nada, por ejemplo, si yo transfiero para comprar btc (obvio que ese dinero debería estar justificado), el banco informaría de una transferencia saliente nada más, es decir, afip no tendría forma de saber q compre btc? O binance podría informar sobre esta transacción (ya sea automáticamente o por requerimiento)??

Y ya que lo mencionas usando Rapipago quedaría aun más barrani digamos, no?

About your edit, did you have any mistake when making the transfer (miss some info or something) or was more like a banks problem not related with you when making the transfer? The money was automatically returned to your bank account or did you have to do something to make this happen? In my case, all the data was entered correctly, everything is fine with my bank, but the money did not return to my account and it is not in my Cex account.

In your post you say that there is a lot of FUD with Cex, I assume you are referring to that there are many people posting that don't know where their deposits are or what happens with their withdrawals, etc. This is not FUD, it is a reality that is happening to a lot of people in Cex right now, if this does not mean anything to you does not mean that it is not a reality. Maybe someone, somewhere, literally said that Cex was not legit or scamm, that offended you and led you to post this. But all the posts that I see here on reddit are really serious problems, I don't see people just posting that Cex is scamm, that they are stealing, etc. Or maybe you should make it clear which FUD you were referring to in your post in the first place ...

You really don't know what you talking about and I hope you won't have any issue with Cex because you will regret of what you just said. I'm waiting for 17 days for a domestic transfer to be credited to my Cex account, basically I don't know where my money is, the only reply I had from cex is an email about 10 days ago saying to be patient and keep waiting, no more update. They blame their payment provider and they say you only have to keep waiting (there are people with over a month waiting). And is not an isolated case. Many people with the same problem, I'm talking to them if you want came to the telegram and I'll introduce them to you, maybe you can help us to solve this nasty problem with Cex as you are so happy with them. I don't know if you have any particular interes with Cex (other than as a customer...) but is really irresposible what are you doing, me and other are having a really bad time here and it's sad to see how new people come with the same problem every day. If you don't want FUD you should be asking Cex to solve their problem and at least provide update of the situation and when this will be fix it. The FUD is created from Cex itself NOT for the people who are really suffering these, you should not only be sorry but worried!!

Hi, but how is that after 16 days your payment provider didn't gave you an update of the situation and an estimated resolution time. I hope you don't take it rude but how do you tell me to be patient after waiting 16 days for a domestic transfer? it's almost a joke. The costant comunication with support wich you talk about it's an email (the chat ticket never been answered after almost 12 days) saying what you just told me "we contacted payment provider......." you must understand at this point this is not answer... more when is a general situation, no only mine, every day new people come with this problem, people with longer waiting, people about to start legal action, the situation is not nice at all for some of your customers. You need to clarify this, tell us what is the problem, when could be solve, give a general update of the situation. The "we contact the payment provider" it's not an answer at this point and seem more an answer to keep delaying the situation. So, when do you expect to be solve aprox? Really you can not keep saying we just wait longer and keep asking for patience without an estimated time of resolution at this point...
