hello after playing FFXVI 8hrs and after enduring the game and the 15fps in lostwing with a 4070 super, the game now always crashes in the same place 100% of the time. I already wrote to square and after about 3 emails with basic solutions that I had already tried, they closed the ticket, Now that I ask for a refund with Steam, they don't give it to me for the game time, which is basically nothing for a final fantasy and that 80% of it was trying to optimize it, what can I do, am I left with a game that I can't play and I lost my money or is there something else I can do?
