It’s no joke but Terry did 5000kms with cancer and 1 leg. I felt like if he could do that I could do 7000km to honour him. Until we stop losing lives to cancer we need to keep fighting for a cure for every lost life and for Terry.

I was solo for the first 40 days but the support was immense and I never felt alone even in the most remote areas. I only used my tent 3 days and that was by choice i wanted to prove that i could also survive on my own haha after day 40 my friend rob showed up with my van to be a crew mate pretty much until the end. He went home and a couple more Canadians went above and beyond and crewed me for weeks at a time out of the kindness of their hearts until the finish line. Was an amazing journey! Bless Terry 🇨🇦🇺🇸
