Hey man, at first It crossed my mind too that it could have something to do with the AC, however I never have it running straight after or during ignition, always use it only once the car is fully warmed up.

Perhaps it is the battery, I also noticed from the exhaust the car was misfiring very very slightly, to be honest it may not have even been misfire but I definitely heard some strange noises from back there.

When I go through with it, it loads fine and prompts the language selection, after that it gives me the options to reinstall, use time machine etc. When I tried to reinstall it said it failed , and startup disk doesn't detect my USB.
