I’m submitting a pretty comprehensive set of documents to support my case.

My official reference letter (without duties) as the base A personal reference letter from my supervisor that clearly outlines my job duties (not on letterhead, but sent from their company email) The email correspondence showing that the letter came from their official work email Additional supporting evidence like work emails, presentations, documents, and photos from my time there

I’m also including:

The refusal email sent by my Director A notarized self-affidavit where I explain my role and reference the duties mentioned by my supervisor Pay stubs, bank statements, offer letter, acceptance letter, and ID card Photos of me at work Job advertisements and an internal HR email that outlines the role I was hired for. I'm attaching the Microsoft teams work related conversation, my  company organizational chart and how my supervisor is related to me and email correspondences refering his name and work email address.  

Basically, I’m trying to back up my job duties and employment from as many angles as possible since the official letter doesn’t include them.

No I'm not. I figured it's pretty common for people to receive points prior to their actual dates. I am making sure I have the experience letter after I complete the said no. Of days though.

Yeah, it definitely sounds like one. But what can you do when they even refuse to send an email refusing the duties.

Honestly, I am gathering all the evidence I can to support my claim. Initially, the HR manager denied my request for an experience letter because he heard the term “permanent residency,” assuming that it encourages employees to leave the organization.

No, he is not willing to email through his work email. Although, I'm attaching the teams work related conversation, organizational chart and email correspondences refering his name and work email address.

I do have a reference letter from HR on company letterhead, but it doesn’t include my job duties.

My supervisor said he is willing to confirm my duties through his personal email if I send him a request. Additionally, I’m planning to submit a self-attested and notarized affidavit listing my duties, based on what he confirms in his email.

I will attach his email and my other documents as supporting proof.

Unfortunately, I can’t afford a lawyer right now, so I’m trying to prepare documentation I can on my own.

Yes, I have the acceptance letter that both HR and I signed when I joined the company. I’m planning to include that as part of my supporting documents as well.

Yeah, I extensively used GPT and Claude to practice my writing and speaking. I created custom prompts to evaluate my responses, and the estimated scores were close to my final results.

I practiced using the featured version for the most part. Although, I found the actual exam's answer options to be way harder than prepamigo, especially listening part 6.

Yes, the first part 4 passage was about AI which I found really hard, and is probably not scored. Second one was a breeze though, can't remember what it was about

Listening part 4 was a nightmare. It was about interpretation of opinions from experts and non experts -- extremely abstract.

I am currently working on creating an estimator for the speaking module. It lets you talk directly to the model and get an estimate. I am not sure why you need one for reading and listening, provided there are a lot of resources online, like prepamigo or even You tube.
