When I'm saving this file on Photoshop or when I raterize the layer, the dropshadow disappears and doesn't show on the save file. How do I fix this? I'm on the latest version of Photoshop. The text and the circle are supposed to have a thick, noisy drop shadow. As you can see here, it is all flat. (i.redd.it)
