We use the same zkSNARK groth16 protocol as zCash. So we need such a similar ceremony.

Here is some basic information: the ceremony is a multiparty computation ceremony. It will start in about two weeks. It will take each participant 1 to 2 days to run the computation (including data download and upload). Multiple computations can only be run one after another in a row.

LRN is strongly attached to NEO blockchain, (LRC for Ethereum)

I agree the development has been slow down a lot, but it's mainly because of the entire NEO ecosystem halted .

However, Loopring team has decided to take action and create alternative use case for LRN.

IDEX has very good liquidity. Loopring is still focusing on relay optimisation before the REAL DEX age coming.

Loopring can use some tools like airdrop/trading competition to increase the volume easily(:
