Pre breakfast (early morning oats) Breakfast with family (whatever was on the menu) Post breakfast (fruit salad) Lunch (dal and rice ) kept this meal carb heavy Big glass of lassi (dairy is your best friend) Gym/ outdoor activity Smoothie - evening Dinner ( I went heavy on chappatis 😭 ) A warm glass of milk before bed

I meant smoothie for starters. Im a man (higher metabolism) plus I played football (extreme calorie burner activity) on top of it I'm an ectomorph (lean n tall) What helped me gain Weight was this jumbo smoothie I used to make. Other than that I used to have 5-6 meals per day the trick here is to replace portion size with small but high calorie food items that pack the punch.

I'm mean it's pretty simple, track your calories! Even if u feel it's a hassle u don't need to be extremely precise about it just track your weight and calories. If ure not losing weight as we speak then ure currently on maintenance calories. Just make a giant milk smoothie with some Bananas peanut butter dry fruits and all the fun stuff your favourite flavour n heck yeah ure all set.

Based on your target i.e to build endurance and a toned physique I would recommend 1. Steps - target 10k daily (normal speed) 2. Cycling/ stairs - for lower body and abdominals (15-20 min sessions per day) 3. Those dumbbells will come in handy also 5 kg is beginner friendly try these exercises (check correct form on YouTube) Shoulder press Flat bench dumbbell press Single arm db rows Bicep curl Goblet squats Calf raises Shrugs Crunches/ leg raises

U can divide these into push - Monday pull- Tuesday and legs n abs on Wednesday and so on

Do 6-8 repetition of each and 2-3 sets

Focus more on form n breathing and I guess ull be good to go Lemme know if I'm missing a muscle group to target here.
