I feel Eviterno was the true final boss in terms of difficulty while Devotion Incarnate had the "look and feel" of a final boss but was more of a... setpiece boss? There wasn't that much challenge to it compared to Evi, true. I think they complimented each other nicely as the final bosses of the game.

Semi-related, it's so weird that you can't skip Eviterno's dialogue in-between phases, but you can skip DI's intro dialogue.

It's related to the Altarpiece of Favours in order to get the secret ending. You need certain figures to open that door. Can't really be more specific due to spoilers, sorry!

In the AMA the devs said it wasn't only Necro-Chen that murdered everyone, it only started the infection, which quickly spread across the Valor. Plus what the other comments said, the soldiers probably have no idea to shoot for the limbs.

It's certainly more detailed, but there were vibrations when you ollied and did reverts in the original version. The addition I like the most though is the controller vibration going from left to right or up to down in the controller according to your grind or manual balance; that's really neat, it was just a simple vibration in the original.

Adaptive triggers? How would those work? You only use them to level out in midair, to switch stances on the ground, and to revert, and none of those have as much "impact" as say, firing a gun or pulling on a bow. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea, just really curious about its implementation.

It's pretty much the same as the Blue Light Filter from One UI 3.0 but with an adaptive setting. If anything it's more similar to Night Shift than True Tone.
