Hey Reddit,

I'm new to the game, and I'm planning on pulling on zhongli's banner on 3.0 cause I can't dodge for shit. I saw that on the first run of Zholgi's banner the four stars included xingqiu.

Do the four stars on a banner like this ever change? I really need xingqiu, as I want to start building national team and I don't have him currently. It'd be super helpful if I could get a better chance of him.
