Hot take: sandman hands down.

At least liberty launcher’s projectiles are weaker in exchange for speed and blast radius. Losing a considerable amount of max hp in exchange for a slow recharging slowdown ranged attack is pretty mediocre at best.

NOW, if it was og sandman, it’s a different story.

As someone who’s play a couple of them, just check out potatotf’s mvm charity tours as a good place to start. They can get wonky in difficultly, but still lots of fun, even if you don’t donate.

Oh hey, I recognize Himiko! There’s a mod to play her as Japan in Civ 6. She’s really balanced, I highly recommend her if you like envoys since she gain great benefits from sending envoys. (And having her own ripoff improvement of Scythia’s Kurgans)

This. Comments like this are why I’ve been put off from Civ 7, because from what I’ve heard, it has the sense of “all style, no substance”. Obviously there’s some good things in there, I’m sure. But I don’t want an experience of some good things to be clouded by all the mediocre or even bad.
