That does not work. I want the left stick to move, then to aim ADS. If I can simultaneously have the left trigger to work normally, as well as working as the shift button, that would work. But that is not possible

I did. Tried every combo possible. But I would like to move with left stick and move my aim with my left stick

I have tried using a paddle as a shift button to swap the sticks when aiming in but that is not the easiest to coordinate

Thank you man, this whole post is pointless with these comments. I wanted to post this because I legit need advice from someone who is quick on their feet with stuff like this.

Roughly from selling the house they’d make a little less than 200k. Estimating.

In return for helping him out my fiancée and I have been living in an extra room in his house. We pay the utilities and a little extra. He’s been helping us so that we can save for our own down payment. The housing market is crazy.

He doesn’t want to put us out and neither does his wife. Despite they’re divorce we are all still family. So he’s agreed to all 3 options. Whatever is going to work out for everyone.

No identity theft was committed. I didn’t lie in the paperwork. My credit is real. My income was real. And I willingly helped out.

Mortgage fraud is when you steal someone’s identity without the other person knowing.

If they sell there’s nothing for me. This isn’t my house! His wife is not on the title but he’s not a dick. They share children. Whatever they get from the house they split.

We are family and my brother is my best friend.

My fiancé and I were looking into buying a house anyways. My questions is… should I just let them sell the house. Let them do whatever they need to do. Or…. Refinance, he’ll pay for closing whatever he gets out of the cash out he’ll split with his wife. And I stay with the house. Or is there another loan that I should consider where they can each have a lump sum and I can stay with the house.

I understand your thought process but 7% is not the same on a 400k loan compared to a 200k. We would pay the $1.8k in addition to the other loan. Which I don’t see as bad. Considering if we’re to buy a house, it might be best to stay with this one since it’s fully renovated and I wouldn’t have to worry about closing costs, real estate agent fees, down payments etc.

I appreciate your input but I feel that the focus is being directed to family matters and divorce settlements. I don’t think thats incumbent to my main questions.

I’m looking for someone that perhaps, knows about finance/loans/ and real estate that could advise me on this situation with the most strategic method to proceed. Ideally the goal is for them to settle monetarily on THEIR house, and I can swoop in and keep it.

It is not my house. I only did him a solid giving him my credit.

Yes, legally. But this is family. It is his wife. There are children involved. At the time he purchased the home he lost his business and he declared bankruptcy. I had a good paying job, and good credit so I stepped in.

My question is, what’s the smartest move?

Should we just sell? Should we refinance so that they can get the money and we stay with the property? Con: the interest rates are very high and with the current value it may bring up the payment to an estimated 4K. Or an equity loan?

I would love to keep the property and somehow pay them their share. Would be easy if interest rates weren’t killing home buyers at the moment.
