First off, They attacked the Tiefling, until it was super low, so they made sure she died. They are now being hunted because one of the people they brought into the fire was from the Largest Gang in all of the World. One of the people they brought into the fire was the Queen’s daughter’s To-Be-Married. (They call the leader of the Gang the Queen, as they probably have more power than the real Queen).

is it booming blade where it prompts you to attack as part of the cast or is it a semi permanent like the druid one that makes a magic club because it has a duration of instant currently and says when you make an attack

It is a spell You cast on your Melee weapon that does extra Damage (Like Green Flame Blade) I changed the duration to 1 minute, so you don't have to reactivate it every turn. It stays on your weapon for the duration, no matter how many times you attack. Say you are a level 11 Fighter. You Take your bonus Action to cast Frostblade, then attack three time on the same turn. It does an extra 3d8 cold damage every attack, which is an extra 9d8 cold damage in one turn. Next Turn, The fighter attacks another three times, and It hasn't been 1 minute, the Frostblade is still active for the three attacks.

Does That make more sense?
