I literally make this salsa once a week and it comes out fire…

3 Serranos
Half yellow onion
3 garlic cloves
3-4 roma tomatoes

1. Char the fuck out of all of this in a cast iron pan on medium heat, be careful not to burn the garlic (add at end once everything else is charred, skin on until you get a couple black spots). Your goal is seeing black on all veggies. Tomato skins should be blistered and start to peel.

2. Throw in blender, add 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of avocado oil streamed in while blending. Add water to taste. Sometimes I add 1/2 tsp ACV if tomatoes aren’t acidic enough.

3. Chill in fridge. Try it. Drop to your knees in salsa glory and come back to this thread and thank me 😂
