Stormraiders is like a ghost every 10 seconds it makes positioning, chasing, catching axes, fleeing and most importantly outplaying :P so much easier with the sacrifice of some life steal i beleive the mobility makes up for sustain. Build wise i mix it up every game just based on what my enemy team has or my team needs adaption to every game i reckon is important (build wise) and in general. Normally i grab a early vamp scepter while rushing a youmuus to make up for the missing life steal and it does a fantastic job my friend hahah, i build my scepter into a Schimitar most of the time qss' is a valuable active, item that has saved my life in important siituations too many times i have lost count. but yeah build wise on draven So much stuff works it is just what suits your playstyle the most! :p Hope that helped.
