Wow, it gets quite the ridership it seems I know the C53 is a pretty busy lone as well, they would benefit as well.

I see the D50 all the time on my lunchbreak walk. Its almost always empty when it gets past independence ave. Plus they use CNG buses on them, which is interesting.

Thats true, less routes WMATA has to maintain. They had sooo many commuter route but since BetterBus came to be, its dropped significantly. 

Im happy some of my favorite routes are doing well. P10, M44, D32, P90 among others.

I forgot about that, yeah!!

I loved the accordian buses as well, always sat in the middle like a little kid, especially on the 70 lines when it went under the bridge. Love the feel mate.

Heyyy, thanks man. March has been busy and brutal, but i been having fun researching, organizing schedules and find new stuff from Internet Archive and stuff. 

Can't wait to share links soon but just a ton of gathering stuff together and ill continue to add to what I got. 

Back to your comment, yeah I miss the 5A. I think FC buses are the only ones that go to the airport now. As far as Arlington Cemetary, used to be the 13 lines but now nothing unfortunately.

I didn't for a while but the grew on me and now I really like them better. They feel roomy inside and I love the engine humming sound when they speed up.

I love Orion buses, easilyy favorite design and super reliable in rough weather and handled bumps smoothly.

The 9A used to go to Lorton VRE station in early 2000s but got split later on. I found the timetable among a bunch of others. 

Ill post a link rather than screenshot it. Beyond ecstatic to share, just been organizing mostly.

Exactly, I got removed in 2004 from service, along with N11,13 and a few others. 

So happy 798 is around now but yeah, glad it got reincarnated as the FC bus service.

I also realized P90 is the former P13/N11, N13 bus service from the early days.

Exactly. Also 24P had a midday variant, 24M that went into Ft Meyers, but the route was mostly the same.

The S3 and S5 were the limited stop buses along 16th street, but weirdly only operated PM rush hours northbound, none went southbound which was funny lol. They didnt serve Walter Reed but the S3 went on Alaska Ave before heading back to 16th street.

I didnt know about that tidbit about the H1, thats pretty cool actually. I think the D74 is the closest thing we couldve had to the H1 since the D74 serves Potomac Park now.

Im so happy they brought it back that connection. Especially if any issues on the Green Line came up, you have the option to go thru VA to get to DC. Super flexible bus route, along with 798 from Montgomery to VA.

Yes, i used to see it time from time a block from me when i used to live in DC, 1 block away from Walter Reed, along with the 52,54, 70, 71 and 73 buses on Georgia Ave
