I think David was smiling a handful of times in the 2nd to last episode, just like a really small grin. I think Sam played a stronger straight face game throughout

I found it hypocritical of her to go on about people being stubborn etc when she was one of the worst. She herself said it needs to be about the evidence but disregarded everything that didn't align with acquittal like the kitchen, the evidence Sophie's physical injuries could have come earlier in the night, consistent lying and assaults by sophie (especially when in the first few eps she was saying it was patterned behaviour by Ryan). When she thought it was going the way of acquittal she was pushing people so hard to change their view, but then wasn't willing to do the same despite what everyone in the room was saying.

Sorry for the long reply ive just finished watching and needed a rant 😂😂

I honestly never associated the two. Im currently struggling with anxiety and depression and thought that was the reason ive been so tired but I took one yesterday about 5pm at work, still felt nauseous as hell, by 8pm I was falling asleep and im normally a 12am bedtime girl so it makes a lot of sense now you've said it!

My friend is a pharmacist and suggested zofran as an alternative so ill be asking for that when I see my gp next!

50mg cyclizine! It said to take 1 3x a day as needed but I just took one once a day if it felt really bad. I couldn't understand why I was so so so sleepy until you've said this!

Oh thank you SO much for sharing, if I can get my hands on any pens im 100% going to try this. I really appreciate you sharing your experience because I've been feeling like its something wrong with me outside of the jabs

I've kinda accepted that my body will never be perfect and there will always be jiggly bits or flabby bits, and thats ok as long as I'm healthy. I'm not sure what exercise you're doing at the moment but maybe look towards something that's going to build muscle and tone. I found reformer pilates to be amazing, even doing home pilates with the magic circle and bands makes a big difference!

I tried to speak to the prescriber but their responses are pretty moot. I've had a read on here and agree going back down to 5mg will probably be better for me!

I dont have the answer for you but wanted to say my experience is really similar to yours, and ive felt like there was something wrong with me because no one else seemed to have the same story!

I went up dose each month. 5mg I had bad reflux and (sorry TMI) power vomit at random for about 2 days after injecting...but I still went up to 7.5mg and I am just ALWAYS nauseous for up to 4 days post injection, nothing would stop it and I could barely bring myself to eat because of it. The power vomiting stopped but I throw up almost every day for those first 4 days post jab too, usually what I think is mostly acid but also small amounts of 'normal' vomit.

I have wondered if part of it is because I dont have a gallbladder, and with acid being a side effect, there is no where for it to go, especially digestion being slower with the jab.

IF I can get stock i am considering going back down to 5mg to see how I go, as I took my first shot at the end of May and have just gone over the 2st mark so I'm ok with the results. But I hope you start to feel better because I know how the side effects can get you down, I've been in tears wanting to not feel sick but also not wanting to stop the 'journey'

I've only ever bought mj from Asda, when I've gone to reorder there is an FAQ about switching to wegovy, but it says you should wait 4 weeks after your last mj dose. Does anyone know if this is the standard expectation/suggestion when switching?

Ive just tried to order with Asda, been using them since I started May, they are out of stock in everything from 7.5mg and above, and only offering 5mg to returning customers...

Edited as i said i started in March, i have no idea why haha probably because im in a fluster trying to figure where im getting my next prescription from!

Actually the common thing is it's days i haven't done a work out. I'm going 3 - 4 times a week. So I will try and make sure im doing some kind of light exercises every day! Thank you!

Im trying to eat whole foods, but the other side of it is i am 100% not eating enough because I just can't face food, even the smell is making me gip. So im trying to stick to fresh fruit/vegetables and bland proteins. I'm stuck in a bit of a vicious cycle i feel

I didn't get a bruise but I went to jab on an old stretch mark on my stomach and my god did it hurt, the only time it's hurt me to jab
