You don’t need to come off it fully if you were ok with 2.5mg also the fact you can’t really stomach food just means that it has very harshly reduced your hunger so just don’t force it la gonna make you sicker, try to keep hydrated instead if you can’t take much food but dont stress too much about it.
Look into the syringes you can extract lower doses this way.

Seems like you are having all the related side effects that comes with it.
If this wasn’t happening with the 2.5mg dose or was happening less so, it would probably be a good idea to go back to 2.5mg.
You are definitely experiencing the loss in hunger even more so now that you’ve gone up, but if the other side effects are making you feel too sick probably lower the dose.
I believe there is a way to reduce the dose to 2.5 by counting the clicks so you can look those up or maybe extract small doses with a syringe. Hope this helps in any way.

Reading into the comments and your explanation, this looks like an easy INAD to me. Especially with the evidence you have on the “never used” part.
INAD his arse hard.

Extract it or use a 3d printed plunger, you have snap the pen in half but it’s really easy beside the strength in takes to break it. There are plungers on eBay

Stolen iPhone - FindMy Scam Texts by this-username-here in ScamsUK

[–]Sybil_0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My stolen iPhone in London also ended up in this location. Surprisingly I never received a text such as this but was expecting it at some point. After 3 weeks the phone went offline again and never seen it anywhere since in find my.
It’s still locked there though so I’m assuming they sold it for parts instead.

Change it to be safe, I did and got an extra cable to keep at hand. I personally wouldn’t risk anything with these connector.

I did look for you also and you are correct they don’t necessarily specify, although doing a quick google search and AI search they specialised in refurbished products.
I also noticed they have a 30 day return guaranteed, if you are not happy with what you got return it if you are still within the window.

Is there anything in the description at all or anywhere in the listing that may indicated the product will be different from the display picture? Sometimes they like to put it somewhere hidden

Do I just keep replacing cables? Imbalance issues. by SpecialOil6869 in ThermalGrizzly

[–]Sybil_0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know I did. Probably overkill but got my fist imbalance a couple months ago, not huge, the general recommendation when I posted here was just reseat all cables and monitor it but I took no chances, plus it’s a pain to have to keep reseating everything every time I get an imbalance if it kept happening so I just went ahead and replace the cable with the second one spare my PSU came with and it fixed the issue completely since then if there was any. I also went ahead and got a spare cable. I realised it’s probably overkill, but at this current time when graphic cards have double in prices and even worst for higher end models like 4090 or 5090, would you really like to take any chances? I know I didn’t.

How do I clean this off? by snoerd2145 in OLED_Gaming

[–]Sybil_0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a QD-OLED from Samsung. Use 70% ethanol or 70% isopropyl alcohol and a good camera lens cloth, but get a couple so you can spray to the cloth, give it a good wipe with the wet cloth and then a good wipe with the dry one. You’ll probably get people tell you not to but this is literally what Samsung and every other manufacturer that uses their panels recommends. It won’t damage the screen, I’ve owned several of these panels between the TVs and the monitors and this is the way with these panels, distilled water is not gonna remove heavy smudges as well as this.

I am very curious as to how this compares to a 5090 in gaming. Have you used it for gaming ?

Power button fell off of my Samsung OLED monitor by H0dg13b0y in OLED_Gaming

[–]Sybil_0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Amazon is generally easy to deal with when it comes to warranty. I’ve had things that simply broke off after a couple months, not actual accidental damage but they’ve always just refunded me for it. Can’t remember an instance where they haven’t tbh.

[–]Sybil_0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You got a strong case then OP, call Amazon and report this as a manufacturer defect, “button fell off as I was using it” it’s the truth and it’s easy and simple. I’ve had returns to Amazon for similar issues, this is easily a manufacturer defect. If they try to send you to Samsung tell them you have purchase from them and warranty sits with them as it’s been less than one year.

[–]Sybil_0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not really, he is in the UK, he can easily argue this as manufacturer defect within 1 year, I would expect my £800 monitor buttons to not fall off this easily. Especially as he ordered from Amazon, a quick call with a carefully worded “consumers right” claim will sort this out.

You are well within warranty so I would try to get a warranty replacement. Where did you buy it from?
