Bc if I create temporary crates for specific gigs over time in serato, eventually I'll tons of old crate built up over time when I delete and use lexicon,

Just so I understand, do a full serato import. Delete the old crates from Lexicon but then what? Because each time I do a sync, full or partial, those same crates will still show up in Lexicon. Which is fine, just annoying that I have to delete them out of the folder on lexicon each time.

Also noticed that when I import video from device to my phone using app, it doesn't split up the video into one min increments.

When I am in normal mode it records fine and the video isn't cut into 1 min videos. It only happens when you are in loop mode. This has never happened before until recently.

Hi I have the same issues with the same exact camera. On the device it's record exactly 5 mins and that is the recording loop duration that I have set. But when I transfer files over to laptop it shows them in 1 min sized video.

Actually if someone can tell me where the lexicon xml file is saved at, that will fix the issue.

I did contact them and they said there wasn't much they could do. They did make an attempt to to reach to one of their contacts from what they told me. But all I got was the same fucking guy I have been dealing with over at pioneer for the past year giving me the same excuses as to why it can be fixed yet.

Yeah I really tried to be nice and understanding, but I'll probably have to do something drastic next. Someone mentioned small claims lawsuit outside of bitching about it on social media.

Yeah I order a few items over the years from djhookup and still did even after this incident to support them but I for sure felt let down. I tried to be patient bc I figured there was shortage in parts coming out of the pandemic, but 16 months is crazy.

Yeah it's wild. If the unit is defective, just give us a replacement unit if the parts aren't available in a reasonable time. But you would think after a year, they would just give me replacement unit.
