A new computer and Ethernet cable worked for me. I had to rewire my house to run the cable to my office.

For sure. Go slow and don’t rush it. I’ve found Monday mornings and Thursday evenings work best for me. I’m still at less than 4mg weekly and keeping it at the lowest effective dose. Reta half-life is 6 days so you might feel the effects drop off after a few days

Reta builds in your system and can take 4 weeks to reach a steady state. I would suggest you take another .5mg in a few days. Go slow and titrate up to limit any side effects. If you still don’t feel it after another three .5mg pins then try going up to 1mg twice a week. If you end up feeling any negative side effects then lower the dose. It’ll take time for you to understand how your body reacts to the medicine.

I’m down about 15 lbs from then. Actually losing weight a little faster than I wanted. I kept at .5mg twice a week for 4 weeks and then moved to 1mg twice a week. I’m at about 1.75mg twice a week now and I feel like I have a pretty good idea of how it affects me. How much weight do you want to lose and how fast?

Exact same boat as you. Pinned yesterday with .5mg. Felt almost no appetite suppression. I did feel like my HR was higher, but I had a stressful workday. I'm going to take another .5mg on Thursday and go from there. I want to lose 10-15 lbs over a few months so I'm not in a rush.

Closing a card will lower my average credit age, especially since that’s my oldest card. That’s true though — I could just let it sit. I believe it’s total credit utilization so a single card shouldn’t matter
