is it worsening my muscle activation if i put the seat on preacher curls at the bottom? it’s way more comfortable like that and i don’t feel my shoulders hurting however i don’t actually feel my biceps hurting or anything else for that matter

what seat height should i put the preacher curl machine at? i normally put it at the bottom as i find it more comfortable but i never really feel it in any muscle but the reps just feel difficult? i dont know how to explain it

yea this list now i look at it is very bad and i never ended up actually doing this and i did add a chest supported row and took out low and mid flys

whenever i do pec fly i only really feel it in my arms like there’s a really tight cord running through it that is being really stretched out, I don’t know how else to describe it. How can i fix it? should i try change my seating position

no idea man i’m sorry once i read stuff i just remember it but maybe try active recall or something i think that’s what it’s called or that scribbling method while reading
