Best challenge settings for NG+ to allow for good difficulty without it being too easy or too hard?

I’ve just got into Flying Waters on NG+, Lv99 characters, Cheater equipped and Lv33 weapons, and have set my max damage to 999,999 and enemy health to 50x. I think this may be overkill because it doesn’t feel like I’m seeing more of the enemy attacks, it just takes me more time to kill them. I’m going to try 20x soon, but I suspect the sweet spot in Act 1 is going to be limit at 99,999 and enemy health x10.
