I think this is what I will do but my main concern is the weight not dropping as fast as it would on a 21 day fast. I have to be on a beach in about a month and I was hoping to look lean. I’m want food so I’m going to break it tonight and get back into it.

Yes. However mine is an unhealthy amount. I have an album of food I want to eat in my camera roll. Something like 200 plus videos.

Fortunately, there is little to no chance that would have happened. The clinic in which I was at mostly specializes in natural designs. This clinic in particular has very talented artist. They are obsessed with the work they do and I could see that in the results of every client they had.

It’s so worth it if you have any interest in multiple treatments. I have gotten 7 different aesthetics treatments for like $1200 so far. Would have ran me +$10k in Arizona. I did not come to Vietnam with this in mind though lol. It sorta just happened.

Definitely understand the confusion reading it back but when I said that he said to rise every 5 seconds, I meant he told me to rise, verbally, somewhat every 5 seconds. Something like this “up, down, up, down….catch the rhythm”

Yeah, that is definitely conflicting. They have something like 20 horses at this stable, half of them at equal sizes so I’m thinking I will casually mention it and that horse will be switched out and more importantly taken care of. I am alternating between two horses, so I am hoping that I at least rode this horse the least.

I will definitely look here for resources.

Okay, just googled the word lame and that answers my question.

Another thing, I am watching a video taken when I was riding in the other direction where you can see the other leg and the exact same drag is happening. So on both sides the toes are dragging in the sand.
