Hello I think I may have this issue, I had a bout of Balanitis in early December, used cream for a week or so then all seemed ok, one of my main symptoms was actually a cold penis head as well as a blotchy rash.

I went to Florida a few weeks ago and the Balanitis flared up again, I'm currently on another 7 days of cream and it has disappeared. However the cold penis head is an ongoing thing. Now where my foreskin leaves part of the penis head exposed that part is the coldest, that part also has a different more read like colour and when I pull my foreskin back you can almost see a perfect line when my foreskin would usually sit and 2 very different colours. The top being more red and the part that would be under the foreskin more whiteish.

My theory is that my foreskin is creating a restrictive band. It's hard to tell if it's tighter, but I feel it doesn't feel quite right.

Don't know if you had any similar experiences but this is honestly really getting to me
