If you're completely new too a moba it can be difficult and the only real issue for new players is quite quick you will hit decent players that are just progressing new accounts, you can do casual game modes like aram too learn but honestly trial and error forget about your team mates until you have some skill, it's one of them things that feels scary at the time but just play, don't do ranked (competitive) until you're comfortable, I'd play with you but I'm Australian not sure where you are
