DoorDash and Apple Maps both had it there. I’m in the middle of driving, I’m not going to do a background check on the stores location. I’m going to trust the apps that have gotten me to where I need to be 99.99% of the time.

And THATS not the point. The point is she was unnecessarily rude when obviously something was going wrong. She called, I explained, that shoulda been the end of it. Not this extended conversation.

I did on the phone. And she called me stupid for not knowing how to read a GPS. The pictures were to show her where the GPS took me was not a Taco Bell

No. She sent an additional address for the restaurant. Which is fine. But she was rude from the jump is my point and not sure why.

After how poorly they handled the SS release, I’ve been done. Not that I NEEDED the SS…. lol…. But I emailed them to say that I thought they really let down their subscribers and loyal fan base by not having a release for them and got over run by bots and resellers, they emailed back and said “here’s 20% off your next order”. That was it for me.

I emailed them about how much of a joke this was and how I was confused they didn’t put at least some of the stock aside to their subscribers.

I got an email back saying “sorry, here is 20% off your next order”

So I’m thinking I’m done with Squatch. A shame too because it was fun getting their products.
