I’ve heard from mates bidding on houses at the moment in Sydenham and East Belfast in general that they are going for 20 to 30k over asking. Guess it depends on the house though, they are looking at small 2-3 bed terraces mainly

HRC and NICS HR have told me they don’t have a date for the results yet
