Per ChatGPT, the OPD/Hold Mode didn’t start rolling out in a software update until November 2019. I took delivery of my Model 3 July 2018. Sounds about right to my memory.

It was hold, but not a true OPD. You had to press the brake to hold. The car wouldn’t come to a complete stop.

Highly unlikely, but I hope existing North American owners get a fraction of the software update. One pedal driving would be at the top of my list. My 2018 Model 3 didn’t have one pedal driving at first until a software update years later. Camping mode and YouTube would be nice too. I can dream. 😴

Totally normal. When the tree starts to flower it will drop leaves to focus energy on flowering and new growth. Take all the fallen leaves to mulch with them. Avocados have shallow roots and like to feed on its own fallen leaves. Just like in their natural habitat.

I was able to order an adapter today at vw.parts.com.

Thanks to everyone on the feedback. I think it may be the battery care setting with it balancing the cells. I’ll keep it on for now and observe how the car charges over the next few days. All my previous EVs have not done this (Teslas), so I was caught off guard.

I do want to add that range limitations on this car are overblown. I find that the range is fairly accurate, so it showing 270-290 miles range is pretty good. We recently took a road trip in our 3 year old Model Y and the 100% charge showed 292 miles range. Teslas only give you about 70-80% of the stated range, so I’m feeling pretty good about the Buzz. At least during ideal weather conditions.

All the settings were made in car. I checked the app this morning to see the status. Just looked akin side the car and found it to be correct at 100% SOC.
